Member of a small, yet versatile team designing Dynamics CRM to craft a seamless holistic experience by weaving together great product design, just-in-time information, and positive customer touch points that span the entire customer lifecycle. I worked on unifying the modern UI and user experience across devices and platforms and I continually collaborated with the UX team to envision innovative solutions for the next generation of CRM.

I led the designs for connected user experiences between Office 365 and CRM to enhance productivity, collaboration and communication for CRM users across desktop, tablet and phone. I produced sketch and video storyboards to validate scenarios, participated in user interviews and rapidly iterated with PM and engineering teams along with user feedback.
