Microsoft Dynamics Marketing is an integrated marketing management solution for marketing operation, planning, execution, and analytics across all channels— digital, social, and traditional. As the lead designer of Dynamics Marketing I introduced rich interaction techniques to simplify complex marketing processes, designed innovative visualizations for highlighting data insights across the customer lifecycle, and envisioned rich and engaging user experiences for next generation product designs. I partnered with Program Management and Engineering teams in Europe and India and helped push the product into the Challengers Quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Marketing Management.
